Carolyn Weeks May is an author of inspirational Christian poetry and short stories.

The Lily of the Valley follows Reflections of His Love/Inspiration for the Soul and her third book is currently in progress.

She graduated from Bellaire High School in Houston and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

 She is married with three children and five grandchildren and a great-grand on the way.

She was in cemetery and funeral home management for twenty-five years and many of her poems were written to encourage the hearts of grieving families who had lost loved ones.

She's been involved in prison ministry with Bill Glass Ministries going into prisons all over the US and Mexico for fifteen years and taught a weekly Jail Bible Study in San Antonio.

Carolyn feels that all who have been given the gift of writing should use their gift to glorify the Lord and minister to the body of Christ.

One of her favorite scriptures is Matthew 6:33,

"Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then all these other things shall be added unto you."
